THE CONVERSION OF SOULS INTO ANGELS

The Bible records Jesus’ teachings that the souls in human beings are in process of becoming angels, and that it takes place as the result of resurrection – the process illustrated by the Son of GOD incarnated as Jesus Christ of Nazareth, when He reappeared after His sacrifice on the Cross, and His subsequent appearances on earth in a permanent body, no longer subject to materiality and its grip on human souls. In Mt. 22:30, Christ noted that as a result of the “quickening” process of resurrection, human souls no longer marry because “they are as the angels in heaven.” Mark is recorded as having stated that this conversion takes place when a soul “rises from the dead” to become as the angels in heaven (Mk. 12:25). Luke carries the matter a step further, instructing that Jesus had proclaimed that “those souls that are accounted worthy to obtain the world to come, by the resurrection of the dead, cannot die any more, being the children of GOD – children of the Resurrection. (Mk. 20:34-36).

These principles delineate between the soul in a man and his contemporary flesh body, and the angelic being that soul is prepared to become when, by the process of resurrection, it is quickened into a permanent angelic state. It is then able to move away from the earth dimension, having been converted into a form enabling it to reside in higher dimensions than the earth plane. As a human being in the “natural” unspiritual condition of which Apostle Paul wrote in 1 Cor. 2:9-14, a soul is confined in flesh in the earth dimension; but once it is spiritualized by the Christ Spirit it is prepared to reside in heaven as an angelic being. As the illuminated Apostle Paul wrote: “Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of GOD” (1 Cor. 15:50). A flesh body is confined to materiality until it is “quickened” into a spiritual state, enabling it to reside in one of the heavenly dimensions: one of GOD’s “many mansions” (Jn. 14:2).

The process of a soul’s gradual spiritualization may be envisioned a as a tree that moves through time and space, casting its leaves and going into a form of hibernation until the next season, when it comes forth again in as the same tree, but changed according to any changes it has undergone from its last “time period of growth.” During each such period, the tree had made gains, new branches growing out from its trunk, capable of bearing increasing amounts of either good or evil fruit. As Jesus taught, a tree that bears good fruit is to be well cared-for, whereas a tree that continues to bear evil fruit is to be cut down and burned, being useless, or even harmful (Lk. 13:6-9). Such trees will be given a fair number of opportunities to bear good fruit, but if they fail to do so, they may not be any longer maintained in the orchard.

According to Luke 12:5, those souls that fail to be quickened should fear the one who, after he has killed the flesh body, has the power to cast the soul into hell (Lk. 12:5). Matthew teaches that souls should fear Him who, after the body is killed, has the power to destroy both soul and body (Mt. 10:28).

Each soul is part of a spirit-entity – known as its “higher self” or “overself,” that moves through time and space from the time of its creation, during each incarnate life experience, acquiring spiritual gains or losses according to its works – what it understands and chooses to do during each of its successive flesh manifestation. By this process it gradually builds up a spiritual inheritance which is preserved in its overself – its higher self, or entire spirit – consisting of the whole of all the knowledge, understanding, and spirituality it has acquired from the time of its first incarnation.

Like a tree, a soul moves along through its life cycles, producing either good or evil fruit; and eventually it adds quantity and quality to itself within its hereditary limitations, according to the measure of what it produces. Pictured as a tree-like being, a soul that chooses to serve the Lord as, say, a highly spiritualized selfless prophet, may in such a life experience produce many spiritually-fruitful branchs. As Jesus taught, “Every good tree brings forth good fruit, but a corrupt tree brings forth evil fruit (Mt. 7:17). On the other hand, an incarnate earth experience which is unspiritual, or even negative, may result in no branches at all being added to the permanent part of that “tree:” its overself. As Jesus illustrated by killing a negative tree: a tree that “produces evil fruit” may be taken down (Mt. 3:10; cf. Mt. 21:19).

The overself of a soul is the accumulation of all it has spiritually become from the time it first incarnates in the earth plane. Each life is recorded in some ethereal way in dimensions much higher than the earth, and at the end of each earth experience, when the flesh body expires in which a soul has been incarnated, the soul undergoes a contemporary judgment (Heb. 9:27). At this judgment the status of the soul is determined – whether it is to be subsequently reincarnated in the body of a newborn infant, or precisely what its disposition is to be. Jesus Christ spoke of this crucially important situation, as recorded in Lk. 12:5; and Matthew raised the point that unspiritualized and unsaved souls should fear Him who – after the body is killed – has the power to destroy both soul and body in hell (Mt. 10:28). These all-important final decisions are based on the recorded “works” of each soul at the time it undergoes final Judgment (2 Cor. 5:10).

A human soul is a vagabond in the earth dimension, where it is spiritedly and thoroughly tested to ascertain whether it is ready and prepared to be converted into a heavenly body able to ascend into eternal life in the heavenly Light of GOD the Father of All, Christ HIS Son; and the Archangels and Angels of the Light who forever serve them. And these Archangels and Angels of the Light are in fact spiritualized human souls that have graduated from earth testing and been saved into eternity.

HOW SPIRIT-SOULS ARE CONVERTED INTO ANGELS.

There is a spiritual evolution, even as there has been an evolution of mankind’s flesh through the centuries. Spiritual development commences with the manifestation of a soul-portion of GOD’s Spirit Energy in a human flesh body in the earth dimension. Its ultimate goal is to self-develop itself to be quickened into an independent free-willed Angel in dimensions far above and beyond the earth plane.

The Holy Bible reveals that it is GOD who makes the Spirit of HIS Angels: that it is the Lord who “makes the clouds His Chariot” (Ps. 104:1-4). Psalm 68:4 admonishes all mankind to “extol Him that rides upon the heavens by His name, JAH, and to rejoice before Him” It is in a cloud that He is predestined to reappear when it is time for Him to return to “receive unto Himself” those who are His (Jn. 14:1-4). It was into this heavenly cloud that He was “taken up” and which received Him, after His excruciating sacrifice on a Cross overlooking Jerusalem. His sacrifice opened the Way passable into heaven for all souls trapped in the earth plane, backed-up and waiting to be enabled to enter. Fulfillment of this incredibly insightful prophecy took place at a time when there was no way passable for souls trapped in the earth dimension to be “raised up” into eternal life:

“Therefore the Lord Himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call His name Immanuel” (Isa. 7:14) – which means, “God with us.”

The Lord’ the Son of GOD’s Spirit Energy, imbued into souls, “quickens” them as He sees fit – even from the dead (Jn. 5:21). Jesus declared that man’s flesh was of no profit: that the words He spoke were both spirit and life (Jn. 6:63). And after Apostle Paul’s spiritual illumination by the Christ Spirit on the Damascus Road, he declared: “For through Christ, we both [Jews and Gentiles] have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Now therefore you are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of GOD; and are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner stone; in whom the building fitly framed together grows into an holy temple of the Lord: in whom you also are built up together for an habitation of GOD through the Spirit” (Eph. 2:18-22).

The Spirit of the risen Jesus Christ composes the Christian “Church: “He is “the chief corner stone” of that Spiritual edifice. When it is time for Him to return to take dominion of the earth, it will be in a cloud, as when He Himself was “taken up:”

“Let not your heart be troubled: you believe in GOD, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go to prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there you may be also. And where I go you know, and the way you know.” (Jn. 14:1-4).

The process of spiritual transition from soul to angel is subtly revealed in the Holy Bible, and is overtly being made manifest as mankind draws nearer to the Lord’s return in the cloud to take dominion, in accordance with longstanding prophesies. Prophet Daniel revealed that when Michael the Archangel was to “stand up, knowledge shall be increased” (Dan. 12:4). It was not at that time known that Michael the Archangel was a name that applied to the Son of GOD – He could not have been known under the name Jesus of Nazareth, because in Daniel’s time it would be yet many years before He would incarnate in flesh as Jesus. This mystery was explained when during John’s Revelation he saw “Heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and He that sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He does judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns, and He had a name written that no man knew, but He Himself. And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and His name is called The Word of GOD…And He has on His vesture and on His thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS (Rev. 19:11-13, 16).

Prophet Joel foretold a time to come when there would be a great outpouring of GOD’s Spirit, which would cause many to prophesy, and to dream and experience visions (Joel 2:28-32). Daniel and other prophets spoke of a time of great destruction to come – the Tribulation – which will consume those on earth who are not selected to be hidden from it, but are to be held over into the oncoming Millennium of the First Resurrection (Rev. 20:1-6). This “Thousand Years” is apparently to take place in the earth dimension, because “Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of GOD” (1 Cor. 15:50). Those who “remain over” into the Thousand Years will form a new spiritualized root race, charged to provide advice and assistance to unquickened generations of individuals who have not to that time been able to attain to the spiritualized state, but who have remained the “natural men” written of the illuminated Apostle Paul after his profound spiritual rebirth on the Damascus Road (Acts Chapters 9,22, 26.

The Bible distinguishes between the souls in men and the angelic beings they may become, delineating souls as portions of spirit-energy incarnating in the flesh bodies of human beings. Apostle Paul wrote to the Corinthians that each individual human is composed of two bodies, not just one: that one body is composed of Spirit, and its container of flesh (1 Cor. 15:39-44). The fact that the spirit portion is of much greater importance than man’s flesh was clearly enunciated in Genesis, where it was written that GOD would not always strive with man, because he also if flesh (Gen. 6:3). It is seen that the flesh portion of man is the “also” part of him. The Son of GOD as Jesus Christ declared: “It is the Spirit that quickens; the flesh counts for nothing. Paul later added that “flesh and blood annot inherit the kingdom of GOD;” and that the spiritual condition of a human being can only be quickened when GOD makes the change (1 Cor. 15:45-,51-53.)

It is by the Spirit Energy of GOD the Father, infused into a man through and by the Spirit Energy of Jesus Christ, that souls can be converted into angelic beings. It was the Son chosen by the Creator of all things, who entered into the earth dimension to deliver the children given to Him from their state of reincarnative bondage in which they had become enmeshed by their unspiritual ways (Heb. 2:13). Paul described these as souls trapped in physical bodies, unable to return to their heavenly place. Christ Himself had elected to take part in same, in order to destroy the devil, who held power over death (Heb. 2:14-18), and He had prevailed.

Message Three - Book Five - SOMEWHERE BEYOND BELIEF

Proposition: GOD the Father of All, and HIS Son – who was Jesus on earth – both spoke through Prophet Jeremiah from the eternal heavenly dimension.

It is understood that GOD the Father of All spoke through the Prophets of Israel: but when considered in its Spiritual sense, as taught by the spiritually-illuminated Apostle Paul, it becomes clear that HIS Son also spoke through Prophet Jeremiah. Paul taught:

“For he is not a Jew, which is a Jew outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh; but he is a Jew, who is a Jew inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of GOD.” (Rom. 2:28-29).

“Forasmuch as you are manifestly declared to be the epistle ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living GOD; not in tablets of stone, but in fleshy tablets of the heart. And such trust have we through Christ to GOD-ward: not that we think anything of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of GOD; Who has also made us able ministers of the New Testament; not of the letter; for the letter kills, but the spirit gives life.” (2 Cor. 3:3-6).

Stated another way: considering material and spiritual matters is like viewing a coin: there are two sides to it, not just one. As above-noted, a man who practices the Jewish religion is a Jew outwardly, but not necessarily inwardly and spiritually: there are two sides to him, and he cannot be both at the same time. This principle applies to man’s rite of circumcision, which relates to the flesh; but there is also a “circumcision of the spirit” which spiritualizes the heart; as Paul notes, supra.

The phenomenal change in a man who receives the Christ Spirit, and is therefore no longer a “natural man” unable to receive “the things of the Spirit of GOD” which seem like foolishness to him for as long as he remains in that uninspired and unspiritual condition (1 Cor. 2:9-14), marks the line of demarcation between a Saved soul, and one that remains “spiritually unawakened” in its “natural” bestial state. To see this principle dramatized, we have only to consider the striking difference between Saul of Tarsus; a determined persecutor of Jesus’s disciples before he underwent his spiritual rebirth on the Damascus Road and was converted into an inspired teacher of Jesus Christ’s New Covenant Gospel.

Because of the Son of GOD’s extremely high ranking in GOD’s heavenly hierarchy, it is not surprising that He spoke through Prophet Jeremiah during the period before He was taken up to GOD’s right hand in heaven and empowered over heaven and the earth (Mt. 28:18). That GOD HIMSELF spoke through Jeremiah is evident in many biblical verses; in particular, Genesis 1: 1-3, as long afterward confirmed by Apostle Paul:

“For GOD, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, has shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of GOD in the face of Jesus Christ.” (2 Cor. 4:6).

A few biblical verses combine to reveal that GOD the Father is actually the Spirit Energy of which all things are composed, both heavenly and earthly. “GOD is a Spirit (Jn. 4:24), and HE does not measure-out the Spirit Energy HE gives to HIS Son (Jn. 4:24). GOD’s Spirit is “Above us all, through us all, and in us all” (Eph. 4:6); and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ the Son of GOD, and thus one faith, and one baptism [that of the Holy Ghost] (Eph. 4:5), sent by GOD the Father in the name of Jesus Christ (Jn. 14:13-17).

In consideration of all these things, there is the biblical evidence that Christ the Son of GOD spoke through Prophet Jeremiah from heavenly dimensions, a considerable time before He was raised up to GOD’s right hand and empowered over heaven and the earth (Mt. 28:18). It was the Son of GOD who spoke through Prophet Jeremiah to disclose that He was a father to Israelnot the Father of Israel – and that Ephraim was indeed his “firstborn” (Jer. 31:9). This comment referred to Genesis 48:5, 13-20; which related what had taken place when The Son of GOD had incarnated as Joseph the son of Jacob, and had been born first, ahead of Ephraim.

When the Son of GOD spoke through Prophet Jeremiah, He resolved any questions that might have persisted through the generations: the Son of GOD, incarnated as Joseph, had without any question, been “a father to Israel,” and Ephraim had been awarded a higher spiritual position in GOD’s Heavenly Hierarchy, than had been granted to Manassah.

Judah’s lineage was predestined to prevail, and there was to be no othr “lawgiver” until Shiloh appeared (Gen. 49:8-10) – and “Shiloh” was Jesus Christ!

SPIRITUAL MYSTERY

The following information is inscribed in the Book of Acts:

After Jesus’ blood sacrifice on the Cross, He showed Himself to many for forty days, and commanded His Apostles that they were to wait in Jerusalem for the manifestation of the Holy Ghost, who was to baptize them “not many days” afterward. Until Jesus had been “taken up” to GOD’s right hand, He had given commandments to His Apostles – His “Twelve” He had chosen from among His Disciples (Acts 1:1-5).

It was then written:

When they therefore were come together, they asked of Him, saying “Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? And He said unto them, It is not for you to know the time or the seasons which the Father has put in HIS own power.” (Acts 1:7).

These above-quoted verses suggest that GOD the Father – whose Spirit Energy is “above us all, in us all, and through us all” (Eph. 4:6) – had reserved to Himself the power of determining the “times and the seasons” that were to come on the earth.

A mystery then arises as to the extent of GOD the Father’s granting of power to HIS Son after HE “raised up” Jesus in the Spirit to HIS own right hand, and it was written:

“And Jesus came and spoke unto them, saying, “All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.”

Inherent in these verses is the idea that Jesus the Son of GOD incarnate – first biblically written of in Psalms 2:6-12 – had actually attained-to the same or equivalent Spiritual Power as GOD the Father! That this had indeed transpired is discussed in Message 3 of this series, Book Five, SOMEWHERE BEYOND BELIEF.
